Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in conflicts analysis, conflicts searching, risk management, business intake, or related process management environment.
• Strong understanding of conflicts identification, analysis, and resolution processes.
• Experience leading teams and guiding performance in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Operations: Supervise the daily workflow of the conflicts analysis team.
• Manage Conflicts Review Processes: Identify, evaluate, and resolve potential conflicts of interest with Risk Management support.
• Drive Quality & Consistency: Establish analysis protocols and review work product to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate Complex Projects: Oversee large-scale conflicts analysis initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Enhance Processes & Technology: Improve workflows and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support Training & Development: Create documentation and onboard and develop team members.
• Provide People Leadership: Coach and mentor conflicts analysis staff.
• Contribute to Workforce Planning: Advise on staffing needs and resource allocation.
• Support Reporting & Analytics: Aid in preparing performance and operational reports.
• Provide Critical Coverage: Participate in on-call rotations and support urgent matters.
