As a Conflicts Analyst II, you will play an important role within the Firm’s Business Intake & Conflicts Department, supporting attorneys as they evaluate potential new business and new hires. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll research and analyze data tied to new matters, identify potential ethical or business-related conflicts of interest, and help ensure the Firm’s policies and compliance standards are upheld.
Working closely with attorneys and colleagues across the globe, you’ll evaluate complex information, produce clear written analyses, and help guide the intake process from initial research through final approvals. Your work will directly support responsible decision‑making while providing you with a unique global perspective on the business relationships that shape the Firm’s daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on intellectual curiosity, enjoys analytical problem‑solving, and values collaboration. Success in this position requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to balance accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness while working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Candidate must be comfortable working hybrid out of our Los Angeles office from 10:00am-6:30pm PT.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in Los Angeles.
