Job summary

Lewis Brisbois seeks a Conflicts Supervisor to lead the Conflicts Department, supervising Analysts and other staff, ensuring timely completion of conflicts requests. The role includes training, coaching, and quality oversight, with hybrid work flexibility including full remote options.

The ideal candidate will have a law firm conflicts background, strong leadership, and experience with conflicts systems such as Intapp or Aderant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel.
• Reviews and audits conflicts work product for accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Conflicts Analysts and newly hired personnel.
• Serves as a subject matter resource for Conflicts Analysts, attorneys, and Firm personnel regarding conflicts procedures and system functionality.

Overview

The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, are seeking a Conflicts Supervisor to become part of our national Conflicts Department. The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, supervising the daily workflow and activities of Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel within the Conflicts Department. The position provides leadership, training, coaching, and quality control oversight while ensuring timely and accurate completion of conflicts requests. The Conflicts Supervisor exercises independent judgment in assigning and prioritizing work, monitoring service levels, resolving workflow issues, and interpreting departmental policies and procedures. In addition, this position may perform conflicts research, review and analysis in support of department workload. This position is hybrid; fully remote opportunities are available.

• Serves as a subject matter resource for Conflicts Analysts, attorneys, and Firm personnel regarding conflicts procedures, conflicts system functionality, and departmental processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience conducting conflict searches, research, analysis, and conflict resolution support.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake software.
