Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with active bar status in any jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of legal practice experience.
• Strong research and writing ability to handle complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires; draft waivers and advise on ethics.
• Serve as a legal advisor to firm lawyers on conflicts and withdrawal matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for GC, attorneys and committees.
• Draft engagement and waiver letters; negotiate resolutions between parties.
• Work with minimal supervision and collaborate across offices.
