Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum five years of practice experience, including conflict/ethics.
• Knowledge of professional responsibility rules and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest in new business, lateral hires, and mergers.
• Draft waivers, engagement letters, and waivers.
• Provide ethical guidance and training on conflicts issues.
