Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a seasoned Conflicts Attorney to analyzes conflicts of interest for new business, firm lateral hires, and mergers. The role involves drafting waivers, advising on ethical issues, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

The candidate will independently research and resolve complex conflicts, manage sensitive information, and lead small projects within a collaborative, global firm environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and admission to a bar in good standing.
• At least five (5) years of practice experience and minimum two (2) years as Conflicts Attorney I or equivalent senior level conflict/ethics experience.
• Experience with conflicts of interest, ethics in cross-jurisdictional matters, and waiver drafting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires, drafting waivers and advising on ethical issues.
• Resolve conflicts related to firm lateral hires and mergers.
• Manage a large conflicts workload with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
