ProspectBlue is seeking a Law Firm Conflicts Analyst to join a leading international law firm. The role supports business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management within a sophisticated legal environment.

You will identify and resolve conflicts of interest, gather and verify information, and collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliant client engagements. A strong attention to detail and ethics are essential to succeed in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or related setting.
• Experience in conflicts analysis, client intake, compliance, or risk management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/verbal communication.
• High ethics, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve potential conflicts of interest for new clients, matters, and hires.
• Collect, analyze, verify client, party, and matter information to assess conflicts.
• Conduct conflicts database searches and related investigations for risk assessment.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to address conflicts questions and gather info.
• Review new business requests for professional responsibility and firm risk concerns.
• Communicate research findings to attorneys and Business Intake Lawyers for resolutions.
• Apply firm policies and guidance from Office of General Counsel when evaluating conflicts.
