Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of conflicts or professional responsibility experience in a mid- to large law firm.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex legal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and analyzes conflicts for existing and prospective clients using internal systems and external databases.
• Recommends and implements conflict-resolution strategies including ethical walls and disclosures.
• Drafts and maintains conflict waivers, disclosures, and engagement letters.
• Reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines and engagement letters for conflicts provisions and advises on necessary updates.
