Job summary

Consultative Search Group is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for a global law firm client based in Newport Beach, CA. The role focuses on identifying, reviewing, and resolving conflicts of interest, supporting the Conflicts and Engagement Management team with professionalism and meticulousness.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ conflicts analysis experience, with knowledge of Intapp Open/Intapp Walls/NetDocs or similar risk management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' conflicts analysis with new business or lateral new hire reviews at a law firm preferred.
• 3 years' experience with Intapp Open/Intapp Walls/NetDocs or similar risk management apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports from the firm’s conflicts database for attorneys and staff.
• Analyze requests for new business conflicts and obtain clear information to complete intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral hires, assist candidates, and resolve conflicts with current clients' attorneys.
