Job summary

Consultative Search Group is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for a global law firm in Los Angeles. You will support new business and lateral hires by identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, working closely with attorneys and the Engagement Management team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication with attorneys and staff to ensure timely conflict clearance and accurate risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years’ conflicts analysis with new business reviews or lateral hires at a law firm preferred.
• Experience with Intapp Open/Intapp Walls/NetDocs or similar risk management applications highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports using the firm’s conflicts database.
• Analyze requests for New Business conflicts searches and obtain information to complete intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral hires and new candidates; resolve conflicts with attorneys.
