Job summary

The Hotel at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD is seeking a Conference Services Manager to act as the primary liaison between the hotel and clients from contract signing through flawless execution. Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Social Tables) preferred.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Email, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and understand contracts.

• Acts as the primary liaison between the hotel and the client after a group contract is signed.
