Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Conference Services Manager in Colorado to lead client relations from contract turnover through event execution. The role requires coordinating with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage BEOs, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up, while driving revenue through upselling and accurate forecasting. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel conference services, event management, catering or banquet management.
• Experience managing corporate meetings, social events, weddings, and group room blocks.
• Proficiency with hotel property management and sales/catering systems such as Delphi, FOSSE PMS, Amadeus Sales & Event Management, Instagram, Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned groups after the sales turnover.
• Conduct pre-conference meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Detail all group requirements including room setup, audiovisual, food & beverage, billing, and special requests.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate distribution to operational departments.
• Coordinate and lead weekly BEO and operations meetings.
• Oversee on-site group execution and provide floor coverage during events.
• Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
