Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Conference Services Manager for Origin Red Rocks in Colorado. The role manages total meeting planning and in-house details for groups, from assignment through final billing.

Strong coordination with sales, reservations, and revenue teams ensures a high quality guest experience and profitable operations. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in hotel sales/catering, and proficiency with MS Office and hospitality software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hotel sales/catering experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality software (Event Temple/Opera Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Plan, upsell and detail programs with clients, confirming space, rooms, times and menus.
• Prepare group resumes and paperwork to ensure quality service.
• Manage event details, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver seamless service.
• Record and communicate all changes on Event Orders and group communications.
