Vision Hospitality Group is hiring a Banquet Captain in Boulder to oversee event spaces, manage setup/breakdown, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires coordinating with kitchen, front desk, setup, and sales teams while maintaining brand standards across all events.

You will lead event staff, supervise cleanliness and readiness of spaces, and act as the guest liaison to deliver personalized service during functions.

• Inspect function spaces for cleanliness and readiness; rectify deficiencies with departments.
• Lead event staff and ensure timely, professional execution.
