Job summary

Boly:Welch in Portland is seeking a Conference Associate to manage event production from planning to program delivery, coordinating with account leads, clients and vendors.

The role requires excellent written and spoken communication, multitasking, strategic thinking and attention to detail, with travel 3–4 times per year nationally and internationally; training starts on-site in Portland with an optional work-from-home day after.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a related work environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience with a CRM preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event production from planning to program management and communications.
• Coordinate with account leads, clients, and outdoor vendors to support conference management.
• Manage stakeholder communications and leadership support.
• Travel 3–4 times per year nationally and internationally to attend client meetings.
• Think strategically and deliver tactically with strong attention to detail and communication.
