Job summary

FIRST is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support client events and conferences with strong project management and creative solutions. You’ll oversee all aspects from briefing to reconciliation, including registration, travel, venues, AV, and post-event wrap-up.

Role requires 2–4+ years of event management experience, proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel, and willingness to travel domestically or abroad. Hybrid in-office expectations apply in Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years event management experience in corporate or financial settings.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Excel; strong client-facing communication.
• Able to manage multiple events, travel domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Develop budgets, manage expenses, and provide post-event reporting.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, registration, transportation, and AV.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, data teams and legal as needed.
• Plan virtual events including platforms, timelines, invitations, and communications.
