Job summary

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP seeks a Marketing & Conference Analyst to scout conferences and opportunities, supporting the marketing function. You will identify, vet, and track events for firm leadership to speak at, attend, and scout, while coordinating across multiple channels.

The role focuses on research depth, timely recommendations, and a hands‑on approach in a growing marketing team, with on‑site work in New York City.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing research, conferences and events.
• Experience with multi‑channel sourcing and information validation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in a professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Research conferences, events, programs, awards, sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
• Identify speaking engagements for firm leadership and attorneys.
• Attend select events on the firm's behalf and report insights.
• Build and own a live conference pipeline with trackers and costs.
• Vet agendas, audiences, costs and deadlines to inform go/no-go decisions.
• Contact organizers to negotiate rates, sponsorships and speaking chances.
• Use LinkedIn, industry sources, associations and publications for opportunities.
• Research peers and trends to strengthen the firm's visibility.
• Assist with the marketing calendar and related content creation.
• Develop contact lists and analyze attendee/spaker lists for outreach.
• Handle ad-hoc research and coordination of marketing projects.
