Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate contact records, meeting notes, and pipeline activity.
• Lead weekly business development pipeline reviews and track follow-up actions.
• Draft client communications and develop presentations, pitch materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage LinkedIn content and executive profiles to support thought leadership.
• Plan and execute conferences, receptions, and client events from start to finish.
• Design event materials, invitations, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Manage guest lists, communications, vendors, venues, and event logistics.
• Track event timelines and identify opportunities to improve the attendee experience.
