The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a division of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Conference Concierge for the Banquets Department to support Event Managers and banquet operations, servicing meeting planners and convention attendees in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. • Previous hotel and Banquets/Catering experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be visible, accessible, and attentive to meeting planners and guests.
• Coordinate with group contacts and review meeting agendas and special needs.
• Know hotel facilities and hours; inform staff of changes.
• Update Delphi with last minute changes; support upsell opportunities (catering, AV).
• Walk spaces with banquets to ensure checklists are complete and accurate.
• Attend BEO, Pre‑Con, and Huddle meetings; assist with post‑con planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
