Responsibilities

• Create files for contracts, correspondence, forms, memorandums, Delphi management system updates, and other documents.
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries.
• Direct callers based on requests.
• Accurately record and distribute messages.
• Communicate with hotel staff to relay sales related information.
• Organize and file documents daily.
