Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Banquet Set Up team member to prepare event spaces by arranging tables and chairs, cleaning, and ensuring guest-ready environments for memorable gatherings. This opportunity lives within a prestigious, AAA Four Diamond resort and Spa.

You will work in a 24-hour operation, lifting up to 100 lbs, coordinating with the team on BEOs, maintaining room cleanliness, and supporting guest services during events while upholding Marcus Hotels &

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry 100 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of table settings and event setup.
• Represent the company in a professional, well-groomed manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces per BEO and provide contract-based service.
• Maintain and coordinate banquet rooms including setup, upkeep, breakdown and cleaning.
• Keep banquet facilities clean by vacuuming carpets.
• Work in a 24-hour operation and adapt to varied schedules.
• Assist in serving guests as needed and understand event setup requirements.
• Organize linen room and supplies; attend department meetings and trainings.
• Uphold quality and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
