Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Conference Technology Specialist to manage conference services and AV technology across Studio Park and other sites. You will deliver reliable meeting experiences through technical support, coordination, operation, and maintenance of AV and videoconferencing systems.

Onsite daily work from our West Chester facility, you will set up and test equipment, train users, coordinate pre-event meetings, and work with Facilities and event-planning teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years with audio, video, and teleconferencing systems.
• Proficiency with presentation apps such as PowerPoint and Keynote.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily conference room schedules, booking software, and upcoming events.
• Maintain brand-right appearance across conference and meeting rooms.
• Set up, operate, test, and maintain audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, user training, and in-person support.
• Coordinate pre-event meetings with clients, Facilities, and event teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and coordinate vendor services; perform light maintenance.
