Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking a Conference Technology Specialist to manage conference services and AV technology across sites. You will set up, operate, and maintain equipment, provide expert technical support, and coordinate pre‑event planning to ensure seamless meetings.

Expect to train users, troubleshoot issues, and help evaluate new technologies for improved meeting experiences. This is an onsite role supporting multiple events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with audio, video, and teleconferencing systems and equipment.
• Experience with presentation applications such as PowerPoint and Keynote is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and train users on AV and videoconferencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily conference room schedules, bookings, and event coordination to ensure space and equipment readiness.
• Maintain consistent brand appearance across conference rooms including signage and furniture.
• Set up, operate, test, and maintain AV and videoconferencing equipment; ensure presentations work before meetings.
• Provide in-person support for meetings and large company events and offer user training.
• Coordinate pre-event meetings with clients, Facilities, and event teams to align on needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and coordinate vendor services while performing light maintenance.
