Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Conference Technology Specialist to manage conference AV systems and videoconferencing across sites, with daily on-site work at our West Chester, PA facility.

You will set up, test and operate equipment; provide user training and technical support for meetings and events; and coordinate with Facilities and event teams to ensure seamless experiences. The role requires 2–5 years of AV experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AV/teleconferencing
• Experience with audio, video, and webcast equipment preferred
• Knowledge of meeting room setups and presentation software required

Responsibilities
