QVC Group, Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking a Conference Technology Specialist to manage conference services and AV technology across sites. You will set up, operate, and maintain equipment, provide expert technical support, and coordinate pre‑event planning to ensure seamless meetings.
Expect to train users, troubleshoot issues, and help evaluate new technologies for improved meeting experiences. This is an onsite role supporting multiple events and daily operations.

The Conference Technology Specialist manages conference services and audiovisual technology across Studio Park and other sites, delivering reliable, high-quality meeting experiences through technical support, coordination, operation, and maintenance of AV and videoconferencing systems.
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA facility daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience working with audio, video, and teleconferencing systems and equipment. Experience with presentation applications, such as PowerPoint and Keynote, preferred.
