Responsibilities

Skills

Experience with Polycom and VTC equipment configuration

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Working knowledge of IT network and infrastructure technologies

AV equipment operation and troubleshooting experience

Previous on-site customer interfacing experience

Education

BA in a technical subject or equivalent

1 to 3 years as a Technician in the Audio Visual industry

Manufacturer’s certification (Extron, Polycom, etc.)
