Responsibilities

Perform general operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, common areas, and community facilities.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance issues.
Complete drywall repairs and painting associated with repair work.
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and buildings for cleanliness and curb appeal.
Inspect and monitor boilers in mid-rise buildings.
Walk and inspect each floor to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Inspect sprinkler rooms and related building systems.
