Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations of a luxury condominium community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure common areas and residential units operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on skills, a focus on quality work, and comfort with a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. On-site duties include light repairs, basic trades, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with building systems including VRF/VRV HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and life safety equipment.
• General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with VRF/VRV HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
• Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.
