Qualifications

• Able to work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, common areas, and community facilities.
• Inspect and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, and life-safety systems.
• Replace HVAC filters, light bulbs, and perform drywall repairs and painting.
• Respond to water leaks and emergency maintenance after hours.
• Keep records of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
