Job summary

Union Home Mortgage Corp. is seeking a Condo Documents Specialist to accurately gather condo project documentation and support underwriting decisions per UHM guidelines. You will work closely with the collateral team to ensure timely delivery of required condo materials.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and loan origination systems. Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional loans is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan types (FHA/VA/Conventional) is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Add condo conditions to the loan per applicable guidelines.
• Order condo questionnaires from HOA and follow up on missing items.
• Request and review secondary condo documents and submit within 24 hours.
• Monitor status updates on condo documents and appraisals.
