Job summary

Union Home Mortgage Corp. is seeking a Condo Documents Specialist to gather condominium project documentation and support decisioning based on salability to Agency guidelines.

In this role, you will add condo conditions to loans, order HOA questionnaires, and follow up on missing items, while ensuring timely submission and strict adherence to UHM policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a financial/analytical field.
• Knowledge/Experience in review of property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Add Condo Conditions to the loan as applicable
• Orders initial condo questionnaire from HOA and follow up on any missing items
• Ordering of required secondary condo documents as requested by the Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
• Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receipt
• Follow up on the status of requested secondary condo documentation within 48 hours of request
• Follow up on the status of condo appraisal revisions within 48 hours of request

The Condo Documents Specialist is responsible for accurately gathering all condominium project documentation and assists in rendering a decision based on salability to the applicable Agency and UHM guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
• Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and loan origination systems
