The role requires at least 1+ year experience in a loan-assistant position, proficiency with Encompass LOS and MS Office, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple files concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide WoW service to all clients from initial contact through the contract received.
• Lead follow up and document review.
• Collect client basic information and borrower documentation.
• Pull initial credit and prepare pre-approval documentation.
• Coordinate with title company and realtor; liaise with UW as needed.
