Job summary

EJF Real Estate Services Inc. is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium communities in the Washington DC area.

You will manage operations, finances, and capital projects, working with an Assistant Community Manager and a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to boards, residents, and vendors. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in condo management, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to attend evening board meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing condominium residential communities.
• Knowledge of association governance, bylaws, and relevant laws (DC/MD/VA).
• Ability to attend evening board meetings and perform inspections.
• CMCA required or must be obtained within six months; AMS or PCAM is a plus.
• Proficiency with property management platforms (AppFolio, CINC, Vantaca).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Associations with Boards and residents.
• Manage day-to-day operations in line with governing documents and laws.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service quality.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reserve planning.
• Lead onsite staff and collaborate with HR on hiring and development.
