Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Superintendent managing self-perform work or related roles
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Knowledge of EH&S practices and construction means/methods
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement jobsite safety programs with the EH&S team
• Create JHAs with forepersons to enable daily pre-task planning
• Schedule and integrate Self-Perform Operations into overall project schedule
• Oversee layout, surveying, and production targets with trades forepersons
• Monitor quantities, readiness of materials, and procurement for SPO activities
• Lead hiring/termination decisions for trade staff and coordinate with Superintendents
