Job summary

Rally Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee residential concrete operations in Jacksonville, FL, including foundations, slabs, and related structural concrete projects. This leadership role drives production while maintaining safety and quality.

The candidate will supervise field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor placement and curing, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Experience supervising residential concrete operations.
• Strong understanding of foundation and slab construction.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.
