Job summary

RallyX is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee residential painting operations across multiple communities in Jacksonville. You will lead field crews, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with Rally's standards.

The role requires 3+ years of painting leadership, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects safely and on time. You will collaborate with Project Managers and builders to resolve field issues and maintain clean, safe jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting crews across multiple active projects

• Ensure proper surface preparation and finish quality
• Collaborate with Project Managers and builders to resolve field issues and punch items
• Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and material usage
• Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and crew leaders
• Enforce safety policies and maintain clean, organized jobsites

This leader will manage field crews, maintain production schedules, ensure exceptional workmanship, and build strong relationships with builders while delivering projects safely, on time, and to Rally's quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise painting crews across multiple active projects and crews

• Work closely with Project Managers and builders to resolve field issues and punch items
• Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and material usage
• Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and crew leaders
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain clean, organized jobsites

What You Need:

• 3+ years of residential painting experience
• Previous experience leading crews, foremen, or field teams preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques, finishes, and quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and prioritize competing deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans per this scope of work
• Valid driver's license
