Job summary

Rally Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Superintendent to oversee residential landscaping operations, coordinating crews and production schedules to ensure high-quality installations across communities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of landscaping construction experience, prior superintendent or crew management experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to deliver projects on time and within scope on site.

Rally Construction Group is hiring a Superintendent to oversee residential landscaping operations. This leader will coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, ensure installation quality, and support the successful completion of community landscaping projects
