Job summary

Rally Construction Group seeks a General Superintendent to oversee residential framing operations across Northeast and Central Florida. The role leads field teams, maintains production schedules, and ensures each project meets Rally’s quality expectations.

As a key leader, you’ll drive safety, coach field leadership, and coordinate with builders and Project Managers to deliver high‑quality framing on time and within code. Join RallyX to lead impactful projects and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential framing experience.
• Leadership experience managing multiple crews.
• Strong understanding of structural framing.
• Knowledge of residential building codes.
• Excellent scheduling and communication skills.
• Ability to read and layout work from plans.
• Valid driver's license.
