• 3+ years of irrigation installation experience.
• Previous field leadership experience.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to read plans and layout work for the crews.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

We're looking for a General Superintendent to lead irrigation installation and maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing field teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient installations, and maintaining exceptional quality across every community.
