Job summary

Rally Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Concrete Formworker for our residential construction team. You will assist with forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete, following project specs and safety rules. No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read plans and layout form work.
• Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of construction principles preferred.
• Prior concrete or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation of concrete forms and molds.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using tools and equipment.
• Assist with placing reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh).
• Finish concrete surfaces according to project specs.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to stay on schedule.

As an integral member of our construction team, you'll assist with the preparation, installation, and finishing of residential concrete projects. What You'll Do
