Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven RMC industry experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Understanding of commercial construction contracts.
• Experience with concrete quality testing and submittals.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales initiatives for Ready‑Mix Concrete.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales, production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices.
