You will use dispatch software, verify details, generate tickets, and liaise with plant managers and accounts receivable to optimize fleet utilization and service levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Clear communication and strong customer service.
• Dispatching experience is a plus; concrete experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Use dispatching software to track orders, truck statuses, delivery times.
• Verify order details and maintain records for billing.
• Generate tickets for ready-mix orders and prioritize shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedule and ensure on-time customer service.
• Coordinate with drivers, plant managers, and production QC.
• Assist assets team and accounts receivable with billing issues.
