The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and collaboration with drivers, plant managers, and accounting to resolve issues and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent and clear communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Well-organized with strong customer service abilities.
• Dispatching experience a plus in a concrete/construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Use dispatching software to track orders, truck statuses, delivery times, and performance metrics.
• Verify order details and maintain records for billing and compliance.
• Generate tickets for ready-mix orders and analyze priorities for shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedule to ensure timely distribution according to customer needs.
• Troubleshoot delivery challenges such as delays, traffic, or equipment issues.
• Communicate with drivers, plant managers, and production staff to address issues.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure proper billing and resolve recurring problems.
