Job summary

Responsibilities include placing and finishing concrete, inspecting formwork, mixing and curing concrete, operating tools safely, and coordinating pours with other trades. OSHA 10 certification preferred; 2–4 years of concrete experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete construction or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
