Job summary

You will level and finish structures, prepare formwork, and coordinate with other trades under moderate supervision, following DPR safety and quality standards. This role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in concrete construction, and OSHA 10 certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete construction or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required within 6 months of hire; OSHA 10 program completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components per plans.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
