Job summary

DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects. This role performs skilled concrete work to construct durable, accurate structural elements and supports safe, efficient project completion.

Under moderate supervision, you will collaborate with crew members and other trades to meet project standards while maintaining a strong safety and quality focus on every pour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete construction or a related field required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
