Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled concrete worker to perform finishing tasks for durable, accurate structural elements. You will apply established techniques and collaborate with crew members to meet project standards, working under moderate supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in concrete construction, a High School Diploma or GED, and OSHA 10-Hour certification (preferred; must complete within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of concrete construction experience requested.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
