Job summary

PeopleReady, Inc. in Eau Claire, WI is hiring a Concrete Finisher to pour, smooth and finish concrete using screeds, floats, trowels and broom to meet project specifications.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher, plus reliability, safety awareness and the ability to work independently or with a team. Drug testing is required. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short-term disability.

• Apply compounds and sealers to finished concrete and ensure adequate supplies
• Monitor the effects of weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wind during the concrete curing process and adjust accordingly
• Ensure concrete finish meets project specifications and quality standards
• Assist with training new employees advancing into a Finisher role

What you'll be doing as a Concrete Finisher:

• Pour, smooth and finish concrete with use of screeds, floats, trowels, and broom
