PeopleReady of Fort Pierce, FL is hiring Precast Operators to join our team. You will set up forms for concrete pours, pour concrete into precast forms, and finish various concrete structures. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Non-Climate controlled environment- Work is conducted outside warehouse setting
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Stand, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
• Work 8–12 hour shifts
• Comfortable working in heat and physically demanding conditions
• Background check and drug test required

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*.

What you’ll be doing as a Precast Operator

• Set up forms for concrete pours
• Pour concrete into precast forms
• Finishing of various concrete structures
• Stripping and cleaning concrete forms and structures
• Keeping a clean and orderly work area
• Follows all safety procedures and wears appropriate PPE
• Other tasks and duties will be assigned

Shift Timings

• 1st Shift (Day)
• 2nd Shift (Evening)
