Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher.
• Must be reliable, with an excellent attendance history.
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must be very safety conscious.
• Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Pour, smooth and finish concrete with use of screeds, floats, trowels, and broom
• Apply compounds and sealers to finished concrete and ensure adequate supplies
• Monitor the effects of weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wind during the concrete curing process and adjust accordingly
• Ensure concrete finish meets project specifications and quality standards
• Assist with training new employees advancing into a Finisher role
